i realy dont know what to say.. it is like they want to legalize rape... please folow tthe likn below and do something if you can.. I am rely sad about what I read.

This bill is intended to give artists the right to use copyrighted materials after the original creator is dead, it is not intended to allow anyone to steal copyrighted material from living artists.

any art used must be from an artist who is dead thats why its called 'orphan works' and it cant be used commercially ever

I read most of the law and I see a lot of holes in it trought which layers will do benefit for the companies.. sorry but I dont belive to the sistem anymore.. always win who have money.. and now they will have a posibility to transform a stolen work that the owner even dont know that is stolen because the endless of internet .. to an orphan work.. and what than? I totaly dont have good feeling about this law.. sorry. and thanx for giving me a little hope .. I am very thankful for your info

means that they will open a hole into the copyright law so they will could steal art .. or make money from your art without you will get anything... maybe isnt so bad.. but in this world i dont trust to nobody anymore

oh.. i dont think it matters. the people who matter will appreciate your art was done by you, and whats important is you made it and hopefully enjoyed it. plus it means many more people will get to see your stuff

but on the money side of things its a bummer
